The mag claims the couple's supposed wedding is "on hold" because of her father Ozzy's recent drug relapse. A purported "source" revealed to the mag: "Kelly has had a hard time with all her family stuff," causing her to allegedly "put a hold on her big day."
The so-called "pal" added: "Kelly just can't deal with wedding planning, and nobody feels like celebrating."
The truth is that Kelly is not even engaged...
