Jenelle Evans turned herself into authorities after skipping a Monday court appearance, leading the judge to issue an arrest warrant. Evans was scheduled to attend a hearing in Brunswick County concerning her ongoing cyberstalking case, but failed to appear.
It has to be mentioned that last month Evans was busted for heroin possession and assault.
