English classical crossover soprano, actress, songwriter and dancer Sarah Brightman is rumored to have had plastic surgery to turn back the hands of time.
Brightman, 52, is speculated to have had botox injections, cheek implants, nose job and laser skin resurfacing like ActiveFX.
Judging by the before and after photos, her old nose was bigger and bulbous while now is smaller, thinner and more refined, a sign of a well-executed nose job. Perhaps, Sarah had a second nose job, because her tip seems more upturned than before.
Brightman has noticeably smooth skin and only a few fine lines and crow's feet around her middle-aged eyes, an indication of botox injections. The truth is though that Brightman always looked younger than her actual age and that is the reason she raises speculation.
Brightman denied having any kind of plastic surgery procedure, admitting that she had a small liposuction in her early 20s to remove what she calls "a baby-fat pad" under her chin as well as having a crown on a chipped tooth.
It has been said that after Brightman separated from Andrew Lloyd Webber in 1990, she went under the surgeon's knife to improve her appearance. Once during an interview, she claimed that she appeared older than her age because she was married to an older man. The past photos of her reveal she had a round face in her youth, but then the surgery changed her face completely and now she has a long shaped face.
It has to be mentioned that on April 2013 Brightman was spotted at the ITV studios displaying an extremely puffy face. She seemed she was struggling to smile as her plump cheeks stretched and eyebrows lifted above her overly tight eyes.
Despite her multiple botox injections - which resulted in a plump face - Brightman added cheek implants which make her look fat.
Brightman had a nice plastic surgery except for the way too many botox injections and cheek implants. If she had subtle changes, she will appear naturally young. Now she struggles to make facial expressions, which is not natural at all…
