American actress Jessica Lange (full name: Jessica Phyllis Lange) is rumored to have had surgery to turn back the hands of time.
Lange, 64, is speculated to have had had botox injections, hyaluronic acid injections like Restylane and Juvederm, facelift and brow lift.
Judging by the before and after photos, her forehead, face and neck are unlined and tight, possibly a sign of a facelift and a neck lift to make the lower half of her face to match her wrinkle-free forehead, which may be attributed to Botox or other hyaluronic acid injections like Restylane and Juvederm.
Looking at Lange's face, we notice that the crow's feet around her eyes has been removed as well as the bags under her eyes, indications of a brow lift. As a result of the procedure, her eyes look refreshed.
In addition, the lipstick lines around her mouth and the nasolabial folds (lines that emanate from the corner of the mouth) have been minimized.
Some celebrity watchers pointed out that Lange's face is so tight that she's gone from Caucasian to Asian.
In 2008 Jessica Lange's rep, Carrie Gordon, dismissed all the plastic surgery rumors, revealing to The National Enquirer: "It's absolutely not true. And Jessica will not comment on it because it's not true."
Celebrity plastic surgeon Dr. Anthony Youn believes that Lange has undergone a good deal of surgeries over the past years.
"Is Jessica Lange's face an "American Horror Story" of plastic surgery? Not really, but I suspect that she's had a good amount of work done over the years," Dr. Anthony Youn was quoted as saying.
"Her high and arched eyebrows cause me to believe she's had a browlift. Her taut neckline is a possible sign of a well-done facelift. I also believe she's had her eyelids done, as they don't appear to show any of the sagging skin or puffiness of typical woman her age. Although I think Jessica looks different, there's no denying that she looks younger than her age!" Dr. Anthony Youn explained.
On his blog, Dr. Anthony Youn also revealed that Jessica Lange has an overuse Botox procedure as it made her forehead immobile and her face can't move.
"Why did Jessica Lange look so strange at the Emmys? Could it be too much plastic surgery?" Dr. Anthony Youn said.
"Here is a list of what I think she's done: Browlift, Upper and lower blepharoplasty, Canthopexy, Facelift, Cheek Implants, and Botox. She look a whole lot better if she would lay off the Botox a bit. Although Botox is a fantastic treatment to smooth wrinkles, too much can be a bad thing," Dr. Anthony Youn continued.
"Jessica Lange plastic surgery before and after photos is really shocking actually she is naturally beautiful, but due excessive and aggressive plastic surgery makes her looks bit weird. There are a number of changes now that just are not what we would attribute to normal aging changes. Usually as people age the corners of the eyes tilt downward, and they tilt more downward as you get older, not upward, Dr. Anthony Youn added.
