British composer and impresario of musical theatre Andrew Lloyd-Webber is rumored to have had plastic surgery to turn back the hands of time.
Lloyd-Webber, 65, is speculated to have had botox injections, a blepharoplasty and brow lift (forehead lift).
Judging by the before and after photos, Lloyd-Webber's eyes look stretched and brighter than the rest of his face and also there are no crow's feet around them which once spotted around his eyes. All of these evidences reveal that he has undergone an eyelid surgery which has really helped him achieve his goals. He obviously had botox injections to conceal his actual age. Many plastic surgeon experts claimed he has undergone extensive surgery to remove the large bags under his eyes.
When Sir Andrew Lloyd-Webber appeared on "American Idol" where he was helping to mentor the remaining contestants, he had an odd appearance. Some parts of his face look unusually tight and some look like they really do belong on the 60-year old man.
Celebrity plastic surgeon Dr. Anthony Youn was quoted as saying: "A person can look unusual if one part of his or her face is rejuvenated and younger-looking, while the rest of the face continues to look older" attributing to the half young/half old look to an "upper blepharoplasty, where the excess skin of his upper eyelids was removed. They look much more open now. This may have been combined with a browlift as well."
This is the risk of plastic surgery when someone makes the decision to address only one area of their face, as this can result in asymmetry in the overall appearance and lead one to appear older in one area but younger in another. This is common in poorly executed plastic surgeries that leave the recipient of the surgery looking unnaturally young and old at the same time. A better approach for Sir Andrew would have been to emphasize on all the facial structures and address them all together.
It has to be mentioned that many plastic surgeon experts have also advised Lloyd-Webber to have a facelift as well, as they estimate he needs facelift urgently. He is getting older and aged rapidly and he needs to control his age or else he would become older very soon. It was right decision by him to have eyelid surgery as there was too much sagging skin on his eyelids.
Lloyd-Webber has always denied the plastic surgery rumors.
In 2006, after an operation to repair a damaged tear duct in his eye, he revealed: "I know some people have suggested it was a cosmetic operation, but trust me it wasn't".
"In retrospect maybe I should have had more done while I was under the knife. But, as you can see, I didn't," he added.
What do you think? Did Andrew Lloyd-Webber have plastic surgery?
