Jenelle Evans was busted for possession of heroin and assault in North Carolina on Tuesday.
The "Teen Mom 2" star was taken into custody on charges including possession of heroin with intent to manufacture, sell, distribute; simple assault; and simple possession of a Schedule II controlled substance.
Evans was also served with an outstanding warrant for failure to pay child support.
Law enforcement authorities reportedly found 12 "bindles" of heroin at Evans' property, where cops had been dispatched following an alleged domestic altercation between Evans and her husband Courtland Rogers, who accused her of hitting him with furniture.
Rogers was arrested, too, for allegedly assaulting Evans with blows to the head.
Drug paraphernalia was also reportedly found out on the premises.
Last year, Evans and then-intermittent boyfriend Gary Head were arrested on drug and assault charges.
She was also arrested for a videotaped assault of another young woman back in March 2011.
